As you can see by the POV we was chasing a vehicle when it stopped at the gas station. I shot out his front tire to stop him from driving off. I then ran to the car and pointed a gun at him and told him to get out the vehicle to which he didnt comply and fear for his life. He proceeded to try and drive off with a popped tire so i shot again popping another one to which he continued to drive off again. (Fail RP)
