Dear admins reviewing this, i posted a forum yesterday against LSPD in this forum fish punished me for fail RP and said "Using the clan radio to tell leos to leave you alone and let you steal the car is unrealistic and Fail RP" i dont see how this is fail RP as in real life if you had a way to contact LEOs you would tell them to let you get away. If you dont know about this you can check bodycam videos on youtube. Now yes i admit i did do a rule break and thats mixing i dont see any fail RP in this situation from my behalf or definitely not from the reason given by fish. I admitted that i was mixing in the forum so i will take a punishment for that. I would also like to mention that this is my first punishment since i joined the server, i have stayed clean and tried to build good RP but quite frankly the RP that i witnessed last night was not good quality RP in any way shape or form. I am requesting this matter to be looked into and my punishment to be revoked.

The fail RP was not from the fact that you used the clan radio specifically. It was what was said in the communications. Telling them they are ruining your fun, that you will be contacting the clan leader to have them removed, and trying to get them to leave you alone or you will get them an org warn. You didn't get a mixing punishment on top, as things you said are also mixing, a mixing punishment on top fail RP is not necessary.

Not trying to drag this on tho I don’t see how that’s fail RP. It was a conversation and could happen in real life. It’s not something that couldn’t happen.

Josh, after reviewing the situation, the roleplay shown would be considered FailRP. The actions taken and the radio communication during the scenario did not align with realistic roleplay at all. Players are expected to remain in character, make realistic decisions, and ensure their actions contribute to a proper RP experience and, threatening orgs with warnings and retribution from a clan leader if they don't let you escape when the officers don't even have a corruption bios was probably one of the worst rp experiences I had to watch..
The Admin Fish Barone made the correct decision.​
