id 1134 hit my car i chased him down so he could give me his passport because he hit my car and i was trying to make it a true rp situation then he just sits in the parking lot so i cant do anything but he still doesn't show me his passport so i just follow him then he runs into the ph and head pops so he could repone at a different place so i couldn't do anything
