In my POV, my car didnt even touch him. I don't know how thats a VDM. Time stamp(0:33) The car was parked in the middle of the road, I took a slight turn but in my screen the vehicle did not hit him. Considering even its a D-dync, that was not intentional.I have not done anything wrong.

After reviewing your POV, it's clear that it was desync and also an accident compared to the other player's POV, where it looked like you intentionally VDM'd him.

You can see that after you tapped the red car, it caused you to swerve into the grey electrical box. Sorry for the confusion. I'll remove the punishment now.
