Born from PainOur story was not written with gold ink. It was written with the tears of mothers and the sweat of the poor in streets that showed no mercy. What began as a desire to survive slowly turned into anger and a silent desire to fight back against the cruelty of the world.

We orchestrate the game from behind the scenes, feeding the city's arteries by dominating the high-end weapons and narcotics trade. We do not seek out pointless rivalries, but we will mercilessly crush anyone who dares to threaten our sovereignty or stand in the way of our ambitions. In turn, we extend our hand to forge ironclad, strategic alliances with those who recognize our power and respect our standing. Cartel Rules
- Libra RP Rules First: Absolute and strict adherence to all Libra RP
- Omertà (Code of Silence): What happens within the Cartel stays within the Cartel. Leaking information to rival cartels or law enforcement is punishable by kicking and always wanted.
- Chain of Command: Orders from high command are absolute. Insubordination is not tolerated.
- Calculated Violence: No unauthorized hits or shootouts. Every act of violence must have a solid, justifiable RP reason. We are businessmen, not psychopaths.
- Dress to Impress: Members must wear the approved Shelby uniform and utilize appropriately colored vehicles during all official syndicate operations.
- Protect the Cartel: An attack on one Shelby is an attack on the entire organization. We respond to threats with overwhelming, coordinated force.
Cartel Ranking Structure
- Pakhan (The Boss) The supreme architect and Godfather of the Shelby Cartel. Holds the absolute final say on all alliances, wars, and major financial decisions. The Pakhan is the ultimate authority.
- Avtoritet (Underboss) The second-in-command and the ultimate authority on the streets. Oversees daily operations, manages the Brigadirs, and steps in to lead the Cartel whenever the Pakhan is unavailable.
- Sovietnik (Consigliere / Advisor) The trusted right-hand and chief advisor. Manages internal diplomacy, oversees legitimate business fronts , and acts as the voice of reason during conflicts.
- Brigadir (Captain / Capo) Senior members tasked with commanding their own crews . They manage specific territories or criminal operations and report directly to the top leadership.
- Boevik (Enforcer / Warrior) The shield and sword of the Cartel. Responsible for maintaining internal discipline, providing security for high-ranking members (VIPs), and leading tactical, heavy-hitting operations against enemies.
- Bratok (Soldier / Brother) A fully initiated, "made" member of the Cartel. They have proven their loyalty with blood and are trusted to carry out daily illicit operations.
- Shestyorka (Associate / Probationary) An entry-level probationary member. Associates are kept at arm's length and tasked with grunt work or risky errands to prove their loyalty, competence before being officially inducted as a Bratok.
