Cartel Background Story
TOXAF wasn't born in this city. We came from another place where a group of friends turned into one of the fastest growing families around. Through loyalty, hard work, and always having each other's backs, we quickly became one of the dominant forces in the city and built a name people respected. What started as a small circle grew into a well organized operation with influence throughout the city. From legitimate businesses and investments to operations in the streets, TOXAF established itself as a family that knew how to make money and protect what was theirs. Our strength came from loyalty, structure, and the relationships we built along the way. As time went on, corruption and favoritism became impossible to ignore. Those in power protected the established families and made sure the same names stayed on top while anyone who threatened that balance was met with resistance. The city we created memories in no longer reflected the values we stood for. Instead of becoming something we weren't, we chose to leave and start over. Now TOXAF arrives in this city with the same brotherhood, the same hunger, and the same mentality that made us successful before. While we have no official allies and no permanent enemies, respect is earned and loyalty is everything.
We didn't come here just to be another family that only shows up for fights and events. We believe a family should actually contribute to the city it calls home. Building businesses, creating stories, helping others, and giving people reasons to remember your name matter just as much as holding your own when it's time for action.
Our goal is simple. Expand our influence, build legitimate businesses, create opportunities for our people, and establish ourselves as one of the most respected organizations in the city once again.

Cartel Rules
1. Family Above Everything
Always put the family first. We move as one and stand behind each other no matter what.
2. Loyalty Is Non-Negotiable
Betrayal, snitching, leaking information, or working against the family will never be tolerated.
3. Respect the Chain of Command
Leadership decisions are made for the good of the family. Orders are expected to be followed and concerns should be brought up respectfully.
4. Follow All Server Rules
TOXAF members are expected to know and follow all server rules. Protecting the family's reputation starts with representing it correctly.
5. Handle Problems Internally
Disagreements happen, but they stay inside the family. Respect your brothers and sisters and settle issues without creating unnecessary drama.
6. No Unauthorized Conflict
Do not start wars, attacks, or major conflicts without a valid roleplay reason and approval from leadership when necessary. Every action should create roleplay, not destroy it.
7. Protect Family Assets
Businesses, compounds, stash locations, vehicles, and territory belong to the family. Protect them and treat them with respect.
8. Earn Your Place
Nothing is handed out. Respect, rank, and opportunities are earned through loyalty, effort, and consistency.
9. Stay Active and Contribute
Everyone is expected to contribute to the growth of TOXAF. Whether it's businesses, events, recruiting, making money, or helping others, everyone should do their part.
10. Build More Than Street Reputation

Leader
The head of TOXAF. Oversees all operations, makes final decisions, controls alliances, and guides the family's future.
Co-Leader
Second in command. Assists the Leader with management, handles daily operations, and steps in when leadership is unavailable.
Warlord (HC)
High Command member responsible for combat operations, strategy, and organizing family responses during conflicts.
Overlord (HC)
High Command member focused on administration, recruitment, promotions, and maintaining the structure of the family.
Demon (Turfer)
Elite fighters dedicated to defending territory, participating in wars, and representing TOXAF on the battlefield.
Accountant
Responsible for tracking finances, payroll, investments, and ensuring family funds are properly managed.
Kingpin (Tier-1)
Top earning and most dedicated members. Consistently contribute to the family's growth and set the standard for others.
Millionaire Circle (Tier-2)
Trusted and successful members who regularly contribute resources, attend events, and help build the family.
High Roller (Tier-3)
Active members with solid contributions and strong involvement in TOXAF activities.
