As you can see in the video listed LSPD/LEO orgs decided to arrest after negotiations ended instead of complying with demands to leave. We did not shoot as we wanted to because a rule break for a rule break is not the way to go. in the second part you can see it is clearly done again and used as a tactic by the LEOs to take us off the roof and take the position we had. Its foul play. Down right dirty scummy play.

For the first situation, LSPD recieved a verbal warning for arresting (during negotiations) and then leaving suspect in custody in the car in the area of the gun fight.

The second situation, the negotiations were happening in the road, and the person who was detained was on their own during the event. Negotiations does not provide safety from arresting/taking hostage from everyone, only those who are involved in negotiations, at that location that they are happening at. For the roof situation, there is nothing wrong with them taking that roof as soon as someone else abandons it. While not the most liked answer, there is nothing against it.​
