2. Why do you want to be the leader of this specific organization? (List 3 reasons):
2.1) I have always tried and worked as an LEO, I have much previous as an LEO the organizations in SAHP and EMS. I have worked in SAHP for a good time to gain much more experience and currently I am Assistant Chief of Department moreover and I have always worked hard in any organizations to prove myself and now I want to serve this city by becoming a leader of SAHP. I had my longest and best time in SAHP I fully enjoyed working in SAHP and now I would like to be the leader of LSPD to make it even better.
2.2) I want to be the leader of LSPD because i think i have gained enough knowledge of the city and the rules of state, As the Leader of this specific org ( LSPD ) i want to ensure that the city remains safe with least criminal activities . My main goal as a leader is to improve the overall roleplay level within LSPD. I want to encourage realistic police procedures such as proper patrol operations, traffic stops, investigations, and coordinated tactical operations. By focusing on professionalism and teamwork, LSPD can become one of the most respected organizations in the city.
2.3) I have some well experienced people who will help me out in the whole term, I will make sure there will be no favoritism in my organizations. I will give good bonuses to the people who will attend events. I have both day and night shift friends so I will hire both day and night deputies.
3. How would you Improve Roleplay for This organization and for the city? (List three ways):
3.1) Frequent Promotion Ceremony and fun meetings with leader to ensure full fun but with RP
3.2) Frequent CITY patrol, highway Patrol to Ensure safety of the city and increase activity.
3.3) Team coordination with all other members and legal orgs to ensure winnings which will keep mates motivated
3.4) Everyone makes mistake but we will teach our mates and make them better
3.5) Good relation will all other ORGs (legal) for better RP

4.1) Doctor Jonny was born in Los Santos and always had a passion for helping people. He started his journey in EMS as a doctor, saving lives and serving the city. Later, he became a Deputy in both the Families and Vagos gangs, where he gained valuable leadership experience and learned how to lead others effectively.
Seeking a fresh start, Doctor Jonny moved to San Andreas and took on a new identity as Harry Volkan. He joined SAHP and worked his way up to become a respected High Command Officer. Now, he aims to become Chief of Police to better serve the people of Los Santos and help make the city a safer place for everyone.
