LOS SANTOS POLICE DEPARTMENT (LSPD)
2. Why do you want to be the leader of this specific organization? (List 3 reasons):
2.1) First reason to become the leader Los Santos Police Department is my overall experience in
state organization.I served multiple time in Los Santos Police Department and State organization.My
First time in lspd was Alex Avino term then i passed multiple term in lspd.After gaining this much
experience im really dedicated to lead Los Santos Police Department.
2.2) My second reason is I have well connection with ex leaders who have leaded best terms and they
inspired me a lot to lead this organiztion and i hope if i became the leader of Los Santos Police Department
then i can run a best term.Also i have good pr team who will do 25 event in 25 days.Also if we see
in Los Santos Police Department Towing is a important thing and most of the term there is no tow units
but in my term i have many plans to improve it and make sure 24/7 towing.
2.3) In my leadership ill remove all types of corruption and favouritism from the organization and all
deserving and experienced person will get HC in my term.Also i have many plan to improve the rp within
the organiztion.Ill conduct interview for high commands before appointing myself.
3. How would you Improve Roleplay for This organization and for the city? (List three ways):
3.1) Ill conduct event with citizens and even with my officers to improve the rp.
3.2) Ill make sure 24/7 towing with a speacial team who will work
3.3) I am planning to have hrt team always in hq so when ever ppl come to join there will be a HRT to take there interview and trainee them
3.4) we will be conndcting tow raid and ghetto patrolling ones every day so we can make the ghetto safe

John White's family was from Kerala, India and he was not born into middle class as a child. From an early age, John developed a strong sense of responsibility as well as the importance of having to work hard for what he want. When John's plans for raising a family were no longer able to be realized where he was from, John made his mind to move Los Santos looking for opportunities. John became interested in law enforcement while he was in Los Santos, as through his interest in helping people and working towards developing a safer environment for the community, he became a member of the San Andreas Highway Patrol where he built strong interpersonal relationships with his fellow officers and gained valuable knowledge through his experiences patrolling the streets and responding together with officers to major incidents. John's hard work earned him respect from the people he worked with and allowed him to become a better leader and agent capable of making quick decisions In order to have a better understanding of gangs/crime, John left law enforcement behind and spent time with gang members by using caution, patience and after building up his rapport with them, gained the trust of many gang members; he eventually became a deputy within several of these groups. As a result of this experience, John learned much about the inner workings of gangs including their methods of communication as well as their means of committing crimes throughout Los Santos. John's experience has given him a perspective of gangs from an insider's viewpoint that few (if any) police officers possess. He witnessed first-hand how gangs modify their behaviours in response to actions taken by the police, how they plan their activities and how they have an impact on crime within Los Santos. Now, with this unique insight of both being a law enforcement officer and living/working with gang members for several years, John White is ready to return to law enforcement as Los Santos' Chief of Police. His strategy will include incorporating his knowledge gained from both his experiences prior to working with gangs as well as after leaving law enforcement/working with them and developing strategies designed to improve the professionalism and accountability of police officers; create collaborative relationships with the community and combatting gangs so that all people who reside within Los Santos can feel safe. With John in charge as Chief of Police, Los Santos Police Department will set a model of excellence for law enforcement agencies throughout Los Santos. John White has a strong understanding of the City of Los Santos and its people. He is aware of the things that the city needs. He is the right person for leadership of the Los Santos Police Department. John White will ensure that the police of Los Santos perform their job properly, and that all residents of the city are comfortable and safe.
