2. Why do you want to be the leader of this specific organization? (List 3 reasons):
A:1) I want to be the Chief of the LSPD. This is not a job I want it is something I really want to do. As the leader of the police department my goal is to make the department better. I want to help the police officers get training and make sure they are doing a good job. I also want to make sure the police department and the people in the city get along. I think I can do a job because I am a good leader. I really want to make the LSPD one of the best in the city. I want the LSPD to be a place where police officers can do their job well and the people, in the city can feel safe.
2) The LSPD is really important to me. It does a lot more than enforce the law. The LSPD is what keeps people safe in city. I want to make sure the LSPD is always active and organized. I want people to respect the LSPD. If I get to be in charge of the LSPD. I will do my best to make the LSPD a better place. I will improve the way officers are trained. I will make sure the LSPD is always busy. I will make sure me as a leader of the LSPD is good at my job. I will make the LSPD a nice place for every officer to work.
3) My main goal in my term To make this work. I think people should use rp commands like /do and /try all the time when they are talking/interacting to each other looking into things stopping people for traffic stop, arresting them and when big things happen. These commands make things feel more real because they let players say what they are doing what happens and what is going on in detail. I would have training sessions and get help from the people in charge to make sure officers know how important it is to RP well and do it every day.
3. How would you Improve Roleplay for This organization and for the city? (List three ways):
A: 1) I would improve roleplay by introducing specialized training for high-speed pursuits, sports car certifications, and helicopter operations, ensuring officers handle situations realistically and professionally. I would also encourage the proper use of /do and /try commands to create more immersive RP and set a higher standard for both LSPD and the city.
2) I will introduces the Undercover Division for LSPD. The Undercover Division would be a team that works on getting information, building cases and doing investigations that take a time. And my LSPD detective/undercover devision will help FIB to make a casefile more strong. They would not make arrests, They will there as an normal civilian to get evidence but they do have power to arrest if situation allowed them. This way the police and the bad guys would have interesting things happen between them. The Undercover Division would help make stories and investigations.
3) To make roleplay better I will do random checks on High Command members to make sure they are doing a good job and know what they are doing. These checks would look at how High Command members understand the laws of the city the rules of the department how they make decisions and how they lead people. This would help make sure that the people in charge are leaders and that the LSPD and the whole roleplay environment running smoothly. The High Command members would have to show that they are active, knowledgeable and capable of leading the department, which would be good for the roleplay and, for the LSPD.

A: Mirza Bilal was. Raised in Paris, France. He went to school at Paris High School. After that he wanted to be a police officer. Mirza Bilal became a LEO and people thought he was very good at his job. He was very professional and dedicated to his work. Then Mirza Bilal moved to Los Santos city because he wanted to try something. The Head of the SWAT Team asked him to join the SAHP because of his experience and skills. Mirza Bilal worked hard and he became the Deputy Commander of SWAT. Now Mirza Bilal is very important, in San Andreas. He helps with operations and makes sure the police officers are well trained. Mirza Bilal also helps keep the people of San Andreas safe.
