in your POV at IC time 16:39:19 your another officer Id-486 doing VDM. Then you guys patch him and grab him without any reason just like corruption.You Guys are said to him on your POV stop store robbery. Then where do you have proof that he is coming from a store robbery? If not, how can you treat a public servant like this? Yes, okay, I agree, he's a gang member but Your another officer killed him Like VDM,without any situation and wanted to arrest him as a public servant.
