(List 3 reasons): I believe I would be a great leader because I have strong leadership abilities, I believe firmly in justice, and I have current leadership under this umbrella so I’m very knowledgeable of the policies and procedures to run the department efficiently.
3. How would you Improve Roleplay for This organization and for the city? (List three ways): The First way I would improve role play by encouraging players to be more active to include training officers on how to properly role play. 2) I would also contribute to this organization by actively engaging with others in to maintain working relationships to include being harmonious with each other for the overall good of the organization and city as a whole. 3) I would also focus on employee retention by having an open door policy for grievances, along with giving positive feedback and including rewards for good rp and interactions.

I was born in los santos almost a year ago and have been actively role playing since. I was in my 50’s there and now I am 13 in libra. I enjoy conversing with others, active role play, and I enjoy a good laugh. I’ve recently turned my life around and got out of the streets hence how my name became the alias “Trap” to be apart of cleaning up the streets. I am apart of a great family that I actually transitioned to this city with. I pride myself on being loyal, big on respect, and I live for fair play and justice, it’s in my nature. I am very happy where I am in los santos, enjoy the new people I have met, and don’t see my feeling changing about the greatness I feel being the infamous “Trap” lol.
