2. Why do you want to be the leader of this specific organization? (List 3 reasons):
2.1) Honestly, the LSPD has always been one of the more interesting organizations on the server to me precisely because it has a great responsibility. It's not just patrolling and fines, but an organization that has a lot of influence on how the entire server functions. All players come into contact with the LSPD in some way, and that's why I think it's important for that organization to be serious, active, and fair. That exactly why I want that position because I know how much it means when a state organization is well-run.

I believe i am capable of leading LSPD because i stay calm under pressure and handle the situations fairly. A leader should be active, Approachable, and able to solve the problems inside the organization, and i believe these are qualities i can bring to department, I want to leave a positive impact on the server by improving interaction between civilians, criminals and law enforcement officers, becoming a leader is also a personal challenge for me after two years of experience, i want to test myself in a higher position where I can manage a full organization by solving internal issues, and help to creating a better environment for everyone.

- I have some very experienced people to help me out in the whole term and I will make sure that there is no favouritism in my organisations. I'll give good bonuses to people who will attend events. I got friends working nights, and I got friends working days. So I’ll hire deputies for the day shift, and for the night shift.

- Firstly I will complete the weekly task before or on the time.
- I will Build a Environment where everyone will fell motivated and will treat equally.
- I will not tolerate toxicity.
- I do not encourage favoritism everyone will get rank by their activity and quality of the work they do everyone is equal to me.
- I will conduct public events to entertain citizens.
- I will not excuse anyone who breaks law as no one is above the law.
- I will Hire both time deputies, Night and Day.
- I will conduct regular city patrol.

Crimson was born in Los Santos Then his family Live in Plaeto way where he find Crime then he Became a gang and he was the Leader of Ballas in another city and then he realise he should Server the state and later worked as an Assistant Sheriff. From his past experience, he learned leadership, discipline, and how to handle crime situations calmly. Now, he want to serve SAHP and help make San Andreas a safer place for everyone. then when he got remove from His position due to corrupt sheriff he shift to city where he saw Very Much Crime so he join LSPD and Clean Crime from city
