Leader of SAHP
Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1 - I believe I have enough experience in this city as well as other cities to be applying for SAHP leadership in this city as well. I believe I can make the RP in this org as well for the other orgs better as a leader.
2 - I have seen in and outs of SAHP working and I know what kind of problems that were in SAHP before, I believe with me as a Leader I can workout things to make this org great.
3 - I believe that with my experiences from multiple cities applied here will improve the RP I want to create a friendly also competitive environment in SAHP where people who join think of it as family not a simple LEO org.
Your advice for improving the Role-Play level in the organization.
1- / Commands
I have great amount of plans on improving role play for the org after gathering enough experience from different org I will try to implement more use of /me and /do commands. I have plans to implement things for different departments of SAHP.
2- Departments:
I believe departments increase the overall RP of an org as these department perform different duties than a normal trooper who is not in any department. Following are the departments I will have
SWAT: SWAT will hold cross training with different orgs FIB and LSPD to perform better in different situations.
HRT: HRT will do trainings and will hire people and after hiring and promoting people they have to do /me commands of taking old badge and giving new badge. I will also like to talk with different orgs to have HRT meetings with LSPD so training structure of SAHP and LSPD is like same with little bit of changes. To help improve connections between orgs and when people transfer to SAHP to LSPD or leave LSPD to join SAHP they know basic structure how SAHP or LSPD works.
IA: IA will do internal investigations on SAHP units to find corrupt cop. IA will be checking people for promotions so that people who are constantly making mistakes or are not good are not getting promoted. IA will also send email to employees using computers in SAHP HQ and then will request bodycam in the officers logs.
DA: DA will fight cases for SAHP. DA will also hold trainings for HRT and officers to update them about the legislation and inform officers what they are doing wrong and what they could do to make it right. DA will also work with IA to fight corruption in SAHP.
Parking Enforcement Department: This department will work on towing cars giving fines and putting speed cameras on different spots on highway. Their main goal is to control the traffic on highways and make it clean.
PR: PR will handle events and public reputation of SAHP. PR will not only do events for citizens but will also do events for SAHP officers. PR will also get in touch with LI when they are doing events so LI could cover our events creating more RP for them and for us as well.
3- With Different Orgs
I will also get in touch with Governor so during time of need if GOV don't have much USSS agents to provide security to VIPs. SAHP will send their officers and SWAT units to escort the VIPs. We will also hold joint patrols with LSPD and FIB. I will also get in touch with LI to provide security to them while they do their events. I will also get in contact with EMS to provide weekly background checks on doctors.
4-Mock Drills
I will ask SWAT and HC team to lead mock drills like do push-ups in parking of SAHP HQ or just go for run on mountain etc for strength training I will also be doing mock hostage situations with LSPD and FIB in different stores and places where Hostage situations happen commonly so that all orgs can find better positions during actual situations.

Ibrahim was born in Pakistan. He is always in love with the idea of helping people, He have been working for all kind of state orgs there in different HC positions after coming to know about Los Santos and new opportunities that it is providing he have decided to travel to Los Santos to explore these oppurtunities and make this city great with his years of experience.
