2. Why do you want to be the leader of this specific organization? (List 3 reasons):
2.1) I have always tried and worked as an LEO, I have much previous as an LEO the organizations in SAHP and EMS. I have worked in SAHP for a good time to gain much more experience and currently I am Assistant Chief of Department moreover and I have always worked hard in any organizations to prove myself and now I want to serve this city by becoming a leader of SAHP. I had my longest and best time in SAHP I fully enjoyed working in SAHP and now I would like to be the leader of SAHP to make it even better.
2.2) I want to be the leader of SAHP in order to improve the organizations to make it work in good conditions and I would make sure that all the rules are being followed and I would try my best to make this organization the best organization in the city and I would make it very smooth running organization. I know SAHP has the potential to be the best organization in the state.
2.3) I want to be the leader of SAHP so that the officers wo actually work hard should get their bonus and promotion on time so that they can be motivated to work to their fullest in the organization. It is my goal to make SAHP feel more like family, to reward excellence and create a working culture that is friendly, disciplined, and free of corruption.
3. How would you Improve Roleplay for This organization and for the city? (List three ways):
3.1) My advices to improve the RolePlay level in organization by following al the rules and always no rules are being broken by anyone in the organization, everyone should always use the proper radio codes and will make different divisions in department which will help in running the organization smoothly the departments.
3.2) I want SAHP to run in a structured way, where each unit or group has responsible command members who actually guide their team. Instead of random patrols, there will be clear goals, like highway monitoring, checkpoints, and coordinated operations. This keeps everyone active and improves teamwork and RP quality.
3.3) Keeping officers active is important, especially in SAHP where work can sometimes feel repetitive. I will make sure effort is noticed through bonuses, recognition, and appreciation. Whether it’s good performance in pursuits, patrol activity, or teamwork, officers should feel rewarded. This not only keeps current members motivated but also attracts new and returning players.
3.4) Ranks in SAHP should be earned, not given. Everyone will go through proper evaluation before getting a position. Promotions will depend on consistency, discipline, and performance. A clear chain of command will be maintained so operations run smoothly, especially during high-pressure situations like pursuits.

4.1) Doctor Jonny was born in Los Santos and always had a passion for helping people. He began his journey in EMS as a doctor, saving lives and serving the city. Later, he became Deputy in families gang and the Vagos Gang, where he developed strong leadership skills.
Seeking a fresh start, Doctor Jonny left his past behind and moved to San Andreas, taking on a new identity as Harry Volkan. He joined SAHP and rose through the ranks to become a respected High Command Officer, known for his leadership, professionalism, and dedication to helping others.
