I just want to make this clear. It isnt a complaint against John its just a post for clarification.

I am kind of confused to why my application got rejected when my application has more effort than others that didnt, i have more experience than others and i am a higher IC level than others. Here are a few examples.

Applicants were shortlisted based on numerous factors, including things like timezone, total hours played, effort in application, player conduct, state/crime preference, and many more.
Your application unfortunately didn't fit all the criteria at the time.

For the applications you stated with "Low levels"
1. ID 333 - 340+ hours in-game, level 14.
2. ID 396 - 96 hours in-game, level 9 - LSPD Deputy
3. ID 773 - 220+ hours in-game, level 12
4. ID 1115 - Almost 300 hours in-game, level 10

We are working on building an admin team with experience across the board, this includes people who explore the script through grinding, gang leadership, state leadership, cartel leadership, etc. I'm sure you get the idea now.
This was nothing specific to you or your application, it simply didnt fit the criteria we are looking for.

Hello this is a bit of a update since when i posted the complaint. Just for clarification this isnt for clarification anymore.

Since i posted it 8 people got selected for interview. Out of those 8 2 was from my timezone. I spoke to one of the applicants who did have a interview he got rejected for his timezone. If it was a timezone issue why was he selected in the first place. Out of all the applicants i meet all the requirements they met, i have a lot of IC experience, i am a fairly high level in comparison to others, my application didnt lack effort. I am from a timezone where admins are needed. Out of all the people who was approved for admin assistant all 4 non British/ American speaking applicants was accepted. Now what further confuses me is that its not because i am leader as now 3 leaders are admin assistant so yet again confused to why i was rejected. If it was a time zone issue why was 2 people from the same timezone accepted for interview.
