Originally focused solely on the production of fruit, The Federal Cartel has evolved to become a major player in the world of organized crime. Before the streets of Los Santos came to know about them, The Federal Cartel operated in the shadows for many years, utilizing their influence, ‎ intelligence, and strategic power to build their empire. From a small nucleus of like-minded individuals, The Federal has become a global criminal organization with vast reach beyond city limits. The Federal Cartel operates differently than normal gangs that thrive on chaos and numbers.‎‎ Instead, they utilize discipline, secrecy, and strategy to dominate their competitors. Each of their operations is well thought out and intended to be a success. All of their alliances have been carefully considered before being formed. All members of The Federal Cartel are bound by an‎ unbreakable code of loyalty, and this is the foundation of The Federal Cartel's strength and success. Due to their underground networks and international relationships, The Federal Cartel is known to dominate through fear and respect. They have the ability to influence through key routes of influence and possess resources to change the direction of an entire conflict from behind the scenes. While governments enforce laws and law enforcement agencies pursue criminals, The Federal understands that true power belongs to those that control information, wealth, and fear. Membership in The Federal is only given through commitment to service and professionalism and loyalty. Any betrayal will be dealt with quickly and fairly, but true loyalty will earn trust, protection and the opportunity to gain influence. Membership represents the cartel and holds the responsibility of preserving the cartel's legacy. Although the world has many lies and temporary alliances, The Federal represents unity, strength, and controlled authority and influence throughout Los Santos and beyond by being unseen, but never unnoticed.

8. Cartel Rules​

1. Treat everyone equally.

2. Use the designated/authoritative chain of communication.

3. Don't disrespect leaders in private channels** or when we do operations together.

4. Represent The Federal with professionalism** on and off of roleplay.

5. No toxicity, harassment and/or discrimination against other players.

6. Stay active** in the organization.

7. Notify leadership of your inactive status with a good amount of notice.

8. Attend/participate/join clan meetings** and functions whenever possible.

9. Put The Federal over your own personal gain.

10. Sharing information outside the organization is prohibited.

11. You will be removed from the organization immediately if you help other organizations by providing/selling information or if you betray The Federal.

12. Always roleplay at a high level of quality.

13. Follow the rules/expectations set forth by the server.

14. Do not instigate conflict that could hurt the reputation of The Federal.

15. Respect the results of your roleplay as well as the staff's decisions, which may affect you.

16. You must follow the orders of higher-ups while in operations.

17. You cannot conduct large-scale operations without approval from leadership.

18. Use organization-related resources sensibly.

**The Federal** is a role-play-oriented group whose primary purpose is to provide a high-quality, professional and enjoyable experience for its members and for the rest of the community on this server. In addition to our desire to grow as an organization, we want to have a positive impact on the role-play space on this server. Our organization holds a number of values that help form the basis of The Federal and are the guide for our structure and decision-making process. The values are as follows:
