2. Why do you want to be the leader of this specific organization? (Three reasons with explanation)​

2.1​

I want to become the leader of Los Santos Vagos because criminal roleplay has always been my favorite side of the server. During my roleplay journey, I have spent a lot of time in gangs such as Ballas and Vagos. Vagos is one of the oldest and most respected gangs in the city. The organization has a strong reputation and plays a major role in gang activities. I want to lead Vagos because I have many great memories with the gang, and I want to continue its legacy by making it one of the strongest and most feared organizations in the city.

Another reason I am applying is because I have noticed that in previous terms, some high-command members lacked sufficient gang knowledge while some lower-ranked members were more experienced. If I become the leader, I will ensure that promotions are based on knowledge, activity, and dedication rather than favoritism. Every high-command candidate will be properly tested before receiving a leadership position. Throughout my criminal roleplay career, I have gained valuable experience by serving as Deputy in Bloods and Marabunta and by spending several months actively playing on the crime side. These experiences have prepared me for a leadership role.

3. How would you Improve Roleplay for This organization and for the city?​

• Build a strong and united organization where every member feels valued and motivated to contribute.
• Focus on quality roleplay by encouraging realistic gang interactions, negotiations, and conflicts.
• Organize regular training sessions to improve members' knowledge of server rules and gang roleplay.
• Develop future leaders by giving lower-ranked members opportunities to prove themselves and take responsibility.
• Strengthen relationships with allies and create engaging rivalries with enemy organizations to increase roleplay opportunities.
• Encourage members to remain active and participate in daily gang activities, events, and operations.
• Create a disciplined command structure where communication and teamwork are prioritized.
• Increase the reputation of Vagos by maintaining professionalism, activity, and strong leadership.
• Introduce creative roleplay scenarios that make the organization more enjoyable and unique.
• Leave behind a successful and respected Vagos term that will be remembered by both members and the server community.

My name is Sheikh Yusuff, and I have always been passionate about criminal roleplay. I started my journey in different cities, where I gained valuable experience by working my way up through the ranks of various gangs. Through dedication and hard work, I earned leadership and deputy positions, which helped me develop strong management and decision-making skills.

For me, gangs such as Ballas and Vagos are more than just organizations; they represent loyalty, teamwork, and brotherhood. During my roleplay career, I have gained extensive experience on the crime side, participating in gang activities, events, turf wars, and leadership responsibilities. After joining Libra RP, my goal became to lead one of the city's most respected gangs and contribute to the server's roleplay environment.

I believe my experience, activity level, and understanding of gang roleplay make me a strong candidate for the leadership of Los Santos Vagos. If given the opportunity, I will work hard to build an active, organized, and successful organization while creating memorable roleplay experiences for all members.
