2. Why do you want to be leader of this specific organization?
1st reason would be because i am an Undersheriff right now and i enjoy leading the organization and helping people become a better officer everyday.
2th reason would be because i want to make sure that the organization is staying professional and active and we make sure that the streets of San Andreas and especially the highway is kept safe and under control.
3th reason would be because i have had experience leading organizations in other cities and know i can handle the responsibilities that come along with running an organization like SAHP i want to make sure that the departments are all ran how they should be and that people enjoy working as a officer.
How would you Improve Roleplay for This organization and for the city? (List three ways):
I would organize regular training sessions, special events, patrols and traffic stops to ensure that every officer knows how to do their job properly and people would be in these rp situations during the traffic stops or training etc.
Establishing clear department procedures and standards to ensure that consistent and realistic law enforcements rp.
Reviewing bodycam of past events and letting people know how they could handle it better in the future would help boost the level of roleplay during these events.

Souf was born and raised in Los Santos where he experienced life from both sides of the law in his younger years he became involved with gangs and found himself caught up in a criminal lifestyle that led to numerous encounters with law enforcement after time Souf realized that crime was not the life he wanted and made the decision to turn his life around determined to make a positive impact he dedicated himself to becoming a disciplined and professional law enforcement officer through hard work and a commitment to self improvement he earned a reputation as a respected officer known for his professionalism and ability to remain calm under pressure his experiences gave him a unique understanding of both criminals and the communities affected by crime allowing him to approach situations with fairness and maturity today, Souf is committed to keeping the streets safe while continuing to improve SAHP through strong leadership, active patrols, professional standards, and a positive environment for both officers and civilians he wants to make sure everyone gets treated fair and they can feel safe on the highway and on their way to their jobs
